The Manor At Hunton Park

The Manor at Hunton Park is an active, age-qualified, gated community for those who are 55 and over. Twenty percent of residents may be under the age of 55. We are located off Staples Mill Road, Route 33, in Henrico County at the end of Hunton Park Boulevard.

The developer, Style Craft, Inc., started development in 2003 on this site with the plan for 78 completed homes. All 78 homes have been completed and sold. All homes feature attached two-car garages, two and one-half baths and main-floor living. A master bedroom and large master bath, great room, dining room and kitchen are all on the first floor. All homes have a patio and many of the The Tylers have a sun room. Third floor attic can be converted for additional living space such as an office, art studio or workout room. Two floor plans are available, The Tyler and The Breckenridge.

The Manor offers a low-maintenance environment for residents including full landscape maintenance, limited exterior home maintenance, snow removal, refuse collection, and road maintenance.

There are many activities for residents to enjoy. Our book club meets monthly, Bingo is scheduled on the fourth Thursday of each month, and we have a Kick Back Friday get together at our club house almost monthly on the third Friday of the month. Water aerobics are offered three times a week in the summer months. We also host a Dog Days Of Summer Celebration where our pets can dress in costumes for all to enjoy, a July 4th Celebration, a Veteran's Day Appreciation, and an annual Holiday Party.
